Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase for the current Pro feature set bundled with your license, including updates we ship for that generation of the product.
How does checkout work?
Checkout runs on Stripe. After payment, your license details are delivered to the email you used. Keep that message for reinstalls or device changes.
How many Macs can I use with one Pro license?
Each Pro license may be activated on up to 3 personal Macs you own. Replace a machine by moving the seat from the old Mac to the new one in line with the terms you agree to at purchase.
Does Lock Screen video work on every macOS version?
Live Lock Screen and Screen Saver wallpapers require macOS 26 (Tahoe) or later, where Apple exposes the native wallpaper APIs.
Can I get a refund without making a Reel?
There is no general refund policy: all sales are final. In limited cases (for example, a billing error or the app not running on a supported macOS version) we may issue a refund at our discretion. Email support@macwall.app and we'll review it. The Reel program is separate: email discount@macwall.com with your post link and purchase email after you hit the view targets.
