- Codec: H.264 (broad compatibility) or HEVC (smaller files on Apple Silicon)
- Frame rate: 24–30 fps for cinematic loops; 60 fps only if motion demands it
- Bitrate: 8–20 Mbps for 4K loops balances quality and file size
