MacWall GDPR

For personal data processed through the MacWall app and website, the controller is OG APPS, LLC, which makes and sells MacWall. Contact: support@macwall.app.

• Contract: processing purchases, delivering license entitlements, running the trial and the features you turn on, answering support, and reviewing and publishing wallpapers you submit under the license you grant us.
• Legitimate interests: securing the service, preventing abuse and key sharing, one trial per Mac, App analytics and crash reports, our own site analytics, server-side purchase measurement sent to TikTok, X and PostHog, reminder and update emails, and keeping records of who submitted each wallpaper and its rights declaration so we can handle copyright notices. You can object to any of these.
• Consent: PostHog, Google Analytics, Affonso and the ad pixels on the Site, which load only after you choose “Accept all”.
• Legal obligation: when we must retain or disclose data to comply with law.

Depending on your situation, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase data in certain circumstances.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive a portable copy of data you provided.
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Email support@macwall.app with subject line GDPR Request. Describe the right you want to exercise and enough detail for us to locate your data (for example purchase email or license key). We may need to verify your identity before responding.
